Curly brace
In a score parts can be preceded by a curly brace {. In the score dialog you can specify which parts should be grouped in this way. Repeated of use { toggles between curly braces and curly braces break, specifying the end of the current brace for multiple braces in one score. Usually a curly brace is used for parts of 1 instrument where the notes are written on two bars, such as piano and organ.
In the example above, all parts are marked with braces, the 2nd 4th and 6th with brace break and tick break. The titles in front are in part 1 3 and 5 while the titles of part 2 4 and 6 are empty. As layout of the part titles, horizontal placement is 0 and vertical placement is -10.
